Conference Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations received by April 14, 2005 will be refunded at 100% minus US$100 processing fee. Cancellations received by April 21, 2005 will be refunded at 50% minus US$100 processing fee. No refund is available after April 21, 2005. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty. These conditions apply to registrations with purchase orders.
